Keystone’s original mission was manufacturing ballasts for fluorescent tubes. More than 75 years later, we’re now the leader in LED tubes. Whether you need tubes for signs, offices, or industrial facilities, Keystone has them – available in any type, size, wattage, wiring style, color temperature, and coating.
Type A: Ballast Compatible
Replacing fluorescent tubes doesn’t much easier than with Keystone’s energy-efficient SmartDrive UL Type A LED tubes. With a compatible ballast there’s no need for an electrician, tools, or special instructions: simply remove the existing fluorescent and replace it with our ballast-compatible LED tubes, available in T5, T8, and U-bend sizes.
Type B: Line Voltage
Keystone offers a variety of Type B T5 and T8 tubes, which bypass the ballast by wiring line voltage directly to the sockets, including our class-leading DirectDrive DX2 UL Type B T8 line-voltage tube, featuring 5 field-selectable color temperature and single- and double-ended wiring options.
UL 924-compliant Emergency Tube
Our DirectDrive Emergency Tube is a true UL 924 Certified emergency tube. It features an innovative design that seamlessly incorporates a rechargeable battery into a tube format, ensuring a permanent installation that cannot be easily tampered with or removed accidentally. The tube offers 5 selectable CCT and a 90-minute backup.
8-foot CCT T8 tubes
Keystone offers 8-foot Type B T8 lamps equipped with 5 selectable CCT and 3 power outputs. These tubes are available as two 4-foot sections, which can be combined, or a single 8-foot tube. With our Cap Adapters, both can be used in HO applications with either R17d or Fa8 bases.
Type A & B: Dual Mode
Our ComboDrive T8 X3 LED tubes may be the only tube you need. They offer the option of using them as a plug-and-play UL Type A LED tube with an instant start ballast, or in a ballast bypass application as a UL Type B tube. With available color-selectable version with 5 CCT as well as dedicated versions, the ComboDrive X3 gives you maximum flexibility in both technology and application.
Type C: External Driver
Our ExternalDrive LED Type C tubes feature an external LED driver and are ideal for customers with older fluorescent ballasts who want to maximize efficiency, but don’t want to install Type B lamps. These tubes offer high system efficacy, guaranteed system compatibility, the greatest overall performance, and are eligible for unique rebate opportunities.
Sign Hero: Sign solution
Sign retrofits and new installations are easy with Sign Hero, our energy-efficient 360° LED sign tube. A rotatable R17D end cap ensures that the tube can be adjusted regardless of socket orientation, and our DirectDrive technology eliminates the need for an external driver or ballast while still using existing sockets. Equipped with 3 selectable CCT. Also available in a Contractor Prime version.
