Keystone began its life as a ballast manufacturer, and we continue to pride ourselves on the range and quality of our power supplies. Our light ballasts are easy to install, reliable, and durable – just as they’ve been for more than 75 years.
HID ballasts
Our HID ballast kits come in high pressure sodium, probe, and pulse start metal halide options. Each kit includes the HID ballast pre-wired to a properly rated capacitor and ignitor (if required), mounting hardware, and a visual installation guide.
Fluorescent ballasts
Our portfolio of electronic ballasts covers all fluorescent lighting application needs, including commercial, industrial, and residential fixtures. They come in a variety of case styles and many feature a compact form factor for more streamlined fixtures. All are underscored with quality: Keystone ballasts are burned-in at the factory to ensure both exceptional performance and superior reliability.
Emergency ballasts
For use in new or existing fixtures — with or without an AC ballast — and in many lamp types. The internal battery automatically connects to the fluorescent lamp(s) for minimum of 90-minute emergency illumination. They feature a 2-in-1 LED indicator light and push-to-test switch, for mandated code compliance testing.
Germicidal UV-C ballasts
UV-C lamp output intensity (and therefore effectiveness) depends on the ballast driving it. Keystone offers a full selection of coordinating ballasts that provide the optimal solution for best performance.
Electronic sign ballasts
The ideal replacement for obsolete magnetic ballasts, our electronic sign ballasts offer energy savings, durable but lightweight construction, and quiet operation. They’re available in SmartWire and ParallelWire options to meet the diverse needs of replacing magnetic sign ballasts.
