We are undertaking a voluntary Safety Field Action concerning a specific Lighting Fixture due to isolated incidents in which the LED module may separate from the metal fixture housing causing a fire hazard.

Keystone has identified a rare manufacturing defect that can potentially lead to a hazardous condition where the lamp driver/base can separate from the LED array, thereby posing a risk of the LED array portion of the lamp falling. The products were known to be sold from March 2016 through August 2017.
